Return Policy
SNIPES can be returned within 30 days of purchased by the original purchaser for a full refund if the item is returned in the original condition. The customer should email info@boltsports.ca to obtain a return authorization and freight must be prepaid. Copy of the invoice or order number should be attached. Once Bolt Sports receives the product, it will be inspected, and a full refund will be issued.
Any products which are found to have been damaged or modified by the customer will not be accepted for return.
Warranty Policy
All SNIPES targets come with a 90-day warranty valid from when the product is received by the customer. In the event a target is malfunctioning, please contact info@boltsports.ca, with an explanation of the problem along with video evidence and we’ll get a new target or electronics case out to you right away! We can be quite flexible with this so feel free to reach out with any issues. Any evidence of tampering or attempting to open the electronics case will void the warranty.
