Account Deletion Request

If you would like to delete your Bolt Sports / HockeyShot app account and associated data (email, profile, scores, stats, leaderboards), please submit the form below or email info@boltsports.ca from the address tied to your account.

What gets deleted

• User account and authentication record
• Profile data, scores and training stats stored in our systems
• Any linked identifiers used for analytics

Timeline

We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required to meet legal obligations.

How to verify

Requests must come from the email address on the account. We may ask for additional verification to protect your data.
